What You'll Do
- Convert legacy files into polished Microsoft Word documents
- Recreate complex document layouts, tables, references, and embedded objects
- Apply standardized formatting, templates, and section structures
- Review and improve document clarity, readability, and visual consistency
- Maintain document fidelity while modernizing formatting standards
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and formatting precision
- Manage revisions using track changes and collaborative editing tools
- Work independently while meeting delivery expectations and project timelines
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word including styles, templates, sections, references, and track changes
- Strong document formatting and professional layout experience
- Excellent written English communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in document production
- Ability to manage work independently on a flexible schedule
- Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
- Experience handling structured or technical documentation preferred
- Familiarity with collaborative review workflows preferred
- Availability for contract-based project work preferred
