We use the information we collect to:

• Process and evaluate your application for in-house positions.
• Communicate with you regarding our recruitment process.

We securely transmit your CV uploads directly to a private, encrypted Google Drive folder. Application metadata (Name, Email) is logged securely via Google Cloud Firestore. We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
