About the Role
A structured AI evaluation initiative focused on applying practical QuickBooks and accounting expertise to financial workflows, data validation, and accounting-quality assessment.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced bookkeepers, accountants, finance professionals, and small-business operators with hands-on QuickBooks experience. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with standard accounting practices are important.
The work involves reviewing accounting workflows, validating financial data, performing reconciliations, assessing financial reports, and identifying errors or inconsistencies. Accurate analysis and consistent application of accounting principles are critical.
What You'll Do
- Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Manage and review invoicing and bill-payment workflows.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Generate and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
- Maintain and assess Charts of Accounts, customer records, and vendor records.
- Identify accounting errors, inconsistencies, and workflow issues.
- Review financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Document findings and provide clear recommendations for workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.
- Experience with financial reporting and account reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of standard accounting workflows.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and accounting errors accurately.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote project environment.
- Experience managing multiple clients or business entities preferred.
- Background as a bookkeeper, accountant, finance professional, or small-business operator preferred.
- Familiarity with financial compliance requirements and accounting best practices preferred.
