UI/UX Designer – AI Experience Optimization

What You'll Do
- Design intuitive user interfaces across web and digital platforms
- Evaluate usability, accessibility, and interaction quality of AI-driven products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows for testing and validation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine product requirements and user experiences
- Document design rationale and communicate recommendations clearly
- Incorporate user feedback and data-driven insights into iterative design improvements
- Apply responsive and accessible design standards throughout the design lifecycle
- Review and critique interface implementations to ensure consistency and usability quality
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design platforms
- Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies
- Ability to translate complex workflows into clear and intuitive user experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and feedback cycles
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working effectively in remote collaborative environments
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Preferred: Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products
- Preferred: Exposure to AI interface evaluation or AI training environments
- Preferred: Experience collaborating in fast-paced product or research teams
