What You'll Do

  • Develop complex tax research questions across federal, state, and international domains
  • Draft structured problem statements reflecting real-world advisory scenarios
  • Incorporate current regulations, edge cases, and interpretive nuances into prompts
  • Review and refine content for technical accuracy and clarity
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness and reasoning quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve dataset quality and coverage

Requirements

  • 3–10+ years of experience in tax research, advisory, or compliance
  • Strong knowledge of federal corporate tax, partnership tax, or state and local tax
  • Familiarity with Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, and relevant case law
  • Ability to translate complex tax issues into structured written formats
  • High attention to detail and analytical precision
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, contract-based environment
  • Experience reviewing technical outputs for accuracy and consistency
  • Exposure to AI tools, data annotation, or evaluation workflows (preferred)
  • Experience with tax technology or automation tools (preferred)
