What You'll Do
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence analysis
- Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and operational frameworks
- Create go-to-market strategies and growth plans
- Analyze business performance data and identify key insights
- Build presentations, executive summaries, and strategic memoranda
- Support scenario planning and business opportunity evaluations
- Define and assess key performance indicators and decision frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to structure business challenges and evaluation criteria
- Review and refine strategic problem-solving approaches
- Contribute expertise to business-focused AI evaluation and research initiatives
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Ability to develop business cases and strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and standard business analysis tools
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise insights
- Comfortable working independently in evolving or ambiguous environments
- Ability to commit a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Eligibility to work as an independent contractor
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting strategic planning, transformation, or growth initiatives
- Preferred: Experience at a leading management consulting firm or major professional services organization
- Preferred: Exposure to technology, AI, SaaS, or digital transformation projects
- Preferred: Experience with financial modeling, operational analysis, or scenario planning
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools and research platforms
- Preferred: Experience presenting recommendations to executive or senior leadership audiences
