What You'll Do
- Lead healthcare and medical data projects from initiation through delivery
- Manage large-scale operational workflows focused on quality, scalability, and accuracy
- Coordinate teams reviewing and validating healthcare and medical datasets
- Track and optimize KPIs across expert-driven operational systems
- Communicate project updates, performance metrics, and operational risks to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to improve workflow infrastructure and execution processes
- Maintain data integrity and operational consistency across multiple initiatives
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
- Support execution in high-priority environments with evolving project demands
- Drive cross-functional coordination between operational, technical, and domain expert teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operational leadership, project management, or workflow optimization
- Background in healthcare, medicine, biomedical sciences, data operations, engineering, computer science, or related analytical fields
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing distributed teams or large-scale operational projects
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced startup-style environments
- Strong organizational and execution management skills
- Comfort working with data operations, KPI tracking, and process optimization systems
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives under tight timelines
- Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making capability
- Willingness to support demanding project schedules when required
- MD qualification or direct healthcare expertise preferred
- Experience with AI operations, human data systems, or structured review environments preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity and collaboration tools preferred
