- Provide actionable recommendations to address compliance gaps and risks
- Interpret local, state, and federal code requirements for project application
- Communicate regulatory updates and implications to relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to resolve compliance issues
- Prepare clear written reports outlining findings and recommended actions
- Support process improvements related to compliance review methodologies
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in building codes and regulatory frameworks
- Strong proficiency in plan review and blueprint interpretation
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with construction documentation and compliance reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional project teams
- Relevant certifications such as ICC, NFPA, or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in remote compliance consulting or virtual inspections (preferred)
- Background in mentoring or training professionals in compliance practices (preferred)
