About the Role

A high-precision clinical research initiative focused on improving advanced AI systems’ ability to reason over diagnostic imaging and evidence-based medical decision-making. The work centers on translating real-world radiology expertise into structured clinical scenarios used for model evaluation and training.

This opportunity is designed for experienced radiology professionals, including attendings, fellows, and final-year residents, who are confident applying diagnostic frameworks, imaging criteria, and structured reporting standards in complex clinical contexts. Strong clinical judgment and clarity in reasoning are essential.

The work involves creating reference-quality diagnostic responses, evaluating model outputs against clinical standards, and designing imaging-based case scenarios where accuracy, interpretability, and adherence to established radiology guidelines are critical.

What You'll Do

  • Design clinically realistic radiology scenarios based on diagnostic imaging workflows
  • Develop structured prompts involving interpretation, differential diagnosis, and follow-up recommendations
  • Apply standardized imaging criteria (e.g., reporting frameworks and clinical guidelines) in scenario design
  • Produce reference-grade diagnostic explanations and structured reports
  • Evaluate and grade AI-generated clinical responses using defined rubrics
  • Provide detailed feedback to improve diagnostic reasoning and output quality
  • Participate in calibration and alignment sessions with research teams

Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible radiologist (or final-year radiology resident/fellow)
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in relevant jurisdiction (for practicing physicians)
  • Clinical experience across diagnostic radiology subspecialties (e.g., neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, abdominal, breast, pediatric, or interventional radiology)
  • Strong understanding of imaging interpretation and clinical decision pathways
  • Ability to produce structured, evidence-based clinical reasoning
  • Comfort working independently in remote, research-oriented environments
  • Strong written communication skills for clinical documentation and evaluation
  • Availability for approximately 20 hours per week (flexible, asynchronous)
  • Eligibility to work remotely from the listed regions
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in academic radiology, teaching, or structured reporting systems
  • Familiarity with clinical decision support tools or guideline-based imaging protocols
  • Prior involvement in medical AI evaluation, research, or dataset annotation work
