The role focuses on transforming legacy slide materials into polished, modern presentations while maintaining high visual accuracy and professional formatting standards.

The work involves recreating complex slide layouts, improving presentation structure and clarity, applying standardized branding systems, and refining presentation assets where visual fidelity, organization, and attention to detail are critical.
What You'll Do
- Convert legacy presentation decks into polished, modern PowerPoint presentations
- Recreate complex layouts, charts, graphics, and embedded visual elements with high accuracy
- Apply consistent slide masters, themes, templates, and branding standards across presentations
- Refine slide structure, formatting, and visual flow to improve clarity and presentation quality
- Ensure formatting consistency across typography, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy
- Annotate and improve presentation content for readability and narrative coherence
- Manage presentation revisions and quality checks within project timelines
- Collaborate remotely with distributed project teams and adapt to evolving project requirements
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint including slide masters, themes, animations, and smart objects
- Strong understanding of corporate presentation standards and visual communication principles
- Excellent attention to detail and formatting accuracy
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to manage work independently within remote and flexible project environments
- Experience recreating complex presentation layouts and visual assets
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain consistency across large presentation decks
- Reliable time management and ability to meet project deadlines
- Preferred: Experience supporting executive, consulting, enterprise, or corporate presentation workflows
- Preferred: Background in presentation design, visual communication, or digital content production
- Preferred: Familiarity with presentation refinement, storytelling structure, and visual optimization techniques
