What You'll Do
- Complete a structured online survey in approximately 20 minutes
- Record short voice responses as part of the survey
- Provide feedback on Medicare Advantage enrollment, benefits, and member support experiences
- Answer multiple-choice questions accurately and completely
- Submit all required responses within the specified timeline
- Follow survey instructions to ensure successful verification of participation
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Age 64 or older and eligible for Medicare
- Current or previous enrollment in a qualifying Medicare Advantage health plan
- Comfortable recording short voice responses
- Access to a microphone and a quiet environment
- Ability to complete a 20-minute online survey independently
- Reliable internet access and a compatible device
- Able to participate as an independent contractor
- Preferred: Interest in contributing to healthcare research and AI-driven service improvements
