Medical Expert (Bilingual) – AI Training & Clinical Reasoning Project

About the Role
We are inviting experienced Bilingual Medical Experts to contribute their clinical knowledge to an advanced AI initiative focused on improving the accuracy and reasoning capabilities of next-generation medical AI systems. In this role, you will create evidence-based medical question–answer pairs and analyze complex clinical knowledge to help train AI models used in healthcare and medical research. This remote engagement is ideal for physicians, researchers, or medical professionals who are fluent in multiple languages and comfortable translating medical expertise into structured, verifiable insights.
What You'll Do
- Develop complex, knowledge-based medical question–answer pairs designed to test and improve AI reasoning
- Research and synthesize information from credible medical sources to construct high-quality questions
- Ensure all medical content is evidence-based, verifiable, and clinically accurate
- Provide detailed rationales and source references to support each answer
- Identify gaps in AI medical reasoning and design cases that reveal those weaknesses
- Collaborate with research and AI development teams to improve training datasets
- Communicate complex medical concepts clearly in both languages used in the project
- Monitor emerging medical research and update content to maintain relevance and accuracy
Requirements
- Professional background in medicine, clinical research, or academic healthcare
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to structure complex medical information
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language with strong command of medical terminology
- Experience conducting medical research or interpreting clinical literature
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to clarity and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Interest in applying medical expertise to emerging AI and healthcare technology systems
