About the Role
We are inviting experienced Mass Spectrometry Scientists to contribute their analytical expertise to advanced scientific and AI-driven research initiatives. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of mass spectrometry techniques to analyze complex datasets, develop analytical methods, and provide scientific insights that help improve research workflows and data interpretation. This remote engagement is well suited for scientists who are comfortable translating experimental findings into clear, structured insights while collaborating with multidisciplinary research teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and optimize mass spectrometry methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex samples
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mass spectrometry instrumentation and associated analytical systems
- Interpret complex mass spectrometry datasets and translate results into actionable scientific insights
- Document experimental procedures, analysis results, and conclusions in structured scientific reports
- Collaborate with research and technical teams to support project objectives and data validation
- Monitor developments in mass spectrometry technologies and incorporate best practices into workflows
- Communicate scientific findings clearly through written reports and technical discussions
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with mass spectrometry techniques and instrumentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Experience in method development, optimization, and troubleshooting of MS systems
- MS or PhD in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Science, or a related scientific discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to scientific clarity and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote research environment
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary scientific or technical teams
