About the Role
An opportunity is open for experienced writers to contribute to AI training projects focused on improving how models generate natural, human-quality writing. This role involves crafting realistic prompts and producing high-quality written responses across a wide range of formats — from business documents to casual communication.
The work emphasizes authentic, human writing with strong control over tone, structure, and clarity. This is well suited for writers who can adapt their voice across contexts and maintain high editorial standards across different formats.
Role Details:
Contract-based remote role
Flexible schedule (~20 hours per week)
Compensation: $45 per hour
Work focused entirely on human-written content (no AI-generated writing allowed)
What You'll Do
- Write realistic prompts that reflect how people request content in real-world scenarios
- Produce high-quality written responses across multiple formats and use cases
- Adapt tone and writing style depending on audience and context
- Create content across categories such as business writing, communication, journalism, and explainers
- Ensure all writing is clear, structured, and aligned with professional standards
- Maintain consistency and quality across a high volume of writing tasks
- Follow project guidelines to ensure outputs are usable for AI training
Requirements
- Professional experience in writing, journalism, content creation, education, or communications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality written work across different formats
- Ability to write in multiple tones and adapt style based on context
- Strong understanding of structure, clarity, and audience-specific writing
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Fluency in English with excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
