What You'll Do

  • Design and implement game scenarios using frameworks such as MonoGame, libGDX, or Cocos2d-x
  • Develop scalable and reusable components aligned with simulation and AI training needs
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to refine environments for AI agent interaction
  • Debug and optimize performance across existing and new codebases
  • Translate functional requirements into efficient system architectures
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and implementation details
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce framework-specific best practices
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and technical insights clearly in a remote setting

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing games using MonoGame, libGDX, or Cocos2d-x
  • Strong programming skills in C#, C++, and Java
  • Understanding of game architecture, optimization, and cross-platform development
  • Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams
  • Strong debugging skills across complex systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience maintaining clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Interest in applying game development techniques to AI or simulation environments
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as reinforcement learning (preferred)
  • Experience contributing to open-source or game development communities (preferred)
