A high-impact enterprise AI initiative is seeking a professional to develop and expand relationships with organizations implementing AI agents and intelligent automation solutions within business operations. This role combines enterprise sales, strategic consulting, deployment coordination, and long-term account management.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience managing enterprise customers in AI, SaaS, or other technical environments. Success requires strong communication skills, commercial judgment, technical curiosity, and the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.

The work involves guiding customers from technical discovery through deployment and expansion, aligning business objectives with AI capabilities, and ensuring successful adoption within complex operational environments where strategic relationship management is critical.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage enterprise prospects through outbound outreach, referrals, and ecosystem partnerships
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders
  • Lead discovery discussions with engineering, product, data, and executive teams
  • Develop proposals and commercial structures aligned with enterprise AI implementation requirements
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, and operational teams to support customer success
  • Drive deployment and expansion of AI agents and automation solutions within client workflows
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and provide strategic insights for planning and forecasting
  • Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development and positioning
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
  • Support account growth through ongoing engagement and value-driven partnership development

Requirements

  • Experience managing enterprise customer relationships in AI, SaaS, or highly technical industries
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise business development, account management, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders effectively
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
  • Strong commercial and relationship-building capabilities
  • Comfort working with evolving technologies and ambiguous requirements
  • Proactive ownership mindset with strong execution skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and operational teams
  • Familiarity with AI systems, AI agents, or enterprise automation solutions preferred
  • Knowledge of model evaluation workflows or human-in-the-loop systems preferred
  • Exposure to enterprise AI transformation initiatives preferred
  • Experience within early-stage or high-growth technology environments preferred
