Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with COBOL development

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, debugging, and problem-solving practices
- Ability to analyze and evaluate technical solutions with attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills for documenting technical insights
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
- Currently based in the United Kingdom with authorization to work remotely
- Experience working at large-scale technology organizations or complex software environments preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools or technical evaluation workflows preferred
