About the Role

A frontier healthcare AI initiative is seeking Cardiology professionals to contribute expert-level clinical reasoning and evidence-based evaluation toward the development of advanced medical AI systems. The role focuses on improving how AI models interpret, analyze, and reason through cardiovascular care scenarios.

This opportunity is ideal for board-certified cardiologists, subspecialty fellows, and senior trainees with strong clinical judgment and the ability to communicate complex medical reasoning clearly. Professionals from interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, heart failure, imaging, congenital, pediatric, and general cardiology backgrounds are encouraged to participate.

The work involves designing realistic clinical cases, evaluating AI-generated medical responses, and producing high-quality reference answers aligned with current standards of care. Attention to clinical accuracy, guideline adherence, and nuanced reasoning is critical in supporting reliable healthcare-focused AI systems.

What You'll Do

  • Design clinically realistic cardiovascular care scenarios and prompts
  • Evaluate AI-generated clinical responses using structured medical rubrics
  • Write attending-level reference responses based on evidence-based standards
  • Assess guideline concordance across diagnostic and treatment recommendations
  • Provide written feedback to improve model reasoning and clinical accuracy
  • Review complex cardiology topics including ACS, arrhythmias, heart failure, imaging, and structural heart care
  • Participate in specialty calibration and onboarding sessions remotely
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across asynchronous evaluation workflows
  • Support quality assurance for healthcare-focused AI training initiatives

Requirements

  • Board certification in Cardiology with an active and unrestricted medical license required for attending physicians
  • Final-year fellows or board-eligible specialists with active unrestricted licensure eligible
  • Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate complex cardiovascular concepts clearly in writing
  • Deep familiarity with cardiology guidelines, diagnostics, and treatment workflows
  • Ability to independently evaluate nuanced medical scenarios
  • Strong attention to detail and structured assessment capability
  • Comfort working in asynchronous remote collaboration environments
  • Reliable internet access and professional remote work setup
  • Subspecialty expertise in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac imaging, heart failure, congenital, or pediatric cardiology preferred
  • Experience in medical education, clinical documentation review, or healthcare quality assessment preferred
  • Interest in healthcare AI, medical reasoning systems, or clinical evaluation frameworks preferred
