Business Owner – Video Data Partnership
About the Role
A large-scale AI data initiative is seeking business owners and operational leaders to participate in a structured video data partnership. The project focuses on collecting authentic first-person (POV) video recordings of real-world manual work processes to support the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate first-person (POV) video data collection across business operations.
- Organize participant schedules and oversee high-volume video submissions.
- Communicate project requirements and recording standards to contributors.
- Monitor video quality, workflow consistency, and project progress.
- Provide guidance on operational workflows, safety practices, and process accuracy.
- Ensure all collected data complies with privacy, consent, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Identify collection challenges and recommend workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain clear documentation and regular progress reporting throughout the engagement.
Requirements
- Business ownership or operational leadership within an organization performing manual or field-based work.
- Experience managing teams responsible for repeatable operational activities.
- Strong project coordination and workflow management skills.
- Experience creating, implementing, or overseeing process documentation.
- Ability to coordinate large-scale data collection or operational initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of privacy, consent, safety, and compliance practices.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Adaptability within structured, technology-driven projects.
- Previous involvement in research initiatives, pilot programs, or AI-related data projects is preferred.
- Experience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, education, construction, transportation, property services, fitness, beauty, or similar operational industries is preferred.
