What You'll Do
- Review and analyze U.S. tax statutes, regulations, and legal documentation

- Provide structured legal and tax analysis to support AI reasoning improvement
- Summarize and distill key tax law concepts into clear analytical outputs
- Evaluate tax-related content for legal accuracy and consistency
- Support validation and enhancement of tax-focused AI datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within structured operational workflows
- Track relevant legislative and regulatory developments in U.S. taxation
- Maintain detailed documentation and high standards of technical accuracy
Requirements
- Expert-level understanding of U.S. tax law and statutory interpretation
- Strong proficiency with the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations
- Professional credential such as CPA, EA, or Chartered Accountant strongly preferred
- Experience reviewing, drafting, or analyzing tax or legal documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex legal and tax concepts clearly and accurately
- Strong analytical reasoning and issue-spotting capability
- High attention to detail and commitment to technical precision
- Comfort working independently within remote contract-based environments
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in tax advisory, compliance, legal analysis, or regulatory environments preferred
- Exposure to technology-enabled workflows or AI-related projects is a plus
- Background in training, education, or technical guidance related to tax law interpretation preferred
