What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment workflows including sourcing, screening coordination, and onboarding support
- Manage multiple concurrent hiring pipelines with strong organizational discipline
- Conduct market research and candidate sourcing across relevant talent pools
- Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking and recruitment systems
- Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and process tracking across recruitment projects
- Support continuous improvement of sourcing and recruitment operations workflows
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Comfort working with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and consistent in execution
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and develop sourcing skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
- Preferred: Experience in startups, fast-paced teams, or HR/recruitment exposure
- Preferred: Familiarity with ATS tools or basic project management concepts
