What You'll Do
- Design realistic business scenarios involving Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Create complex presentation and document tasks reflecting professional business environments.
- Collaborate with large language models to develop, edit, and refine Office Open XML documents, particularly PowerPoint (.pptx) files.
- Evaluate and compare multiple AI-generated document outputs for quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Develop prompts that require advanced business reasoning and professional decision-making.
- Participate in structured multi-turn interactions with AI systems while providing detailed feedback.
- Document findings and recommend improvements for AI-generated business documents.
- Support use cases involving reporting, analysis, executive presentations, proposals, and cross-functional communication.
- Apply professional business knowledge across multiple industries and organisational functions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience delivering complex business projects in large enterprise or consulting environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Demonstrated experience creating executive presentations and professional business documentation.
- Understanding of Office Open XML document formats.
- Strong business acumen with experience supporting strategic or operational initiatives.
- Ability to design realistic business scenarios and workflows.
- Experience with reporting, analysis, presentation development, and business communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
