Voice Actor – AI Voice Training Project (Remote)

About the Role
We are inviting experienced Voice Actors with strong American English accents to contribute to an advanced AI initiative focused on building natural, expressive text-to-speech systems.
In this role, you’ll record high-quality voice samples that help train AI models to sound more human, natural, and emotionally accurate across a wide range of use cases.
What You'll Do
- Record voice samples across different script types (conversational, narrative, instructional)
- Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control of tone and pacing
- Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across sessions
- Follow recording guidelines for quality, setup, and formatting
- Provide multiple variations in tone, emotion, and style when needed
- Review recordings to ensure clarity and minimal background noise
Requirements
- • American English speakers based in the United States
- Experience in voice acting, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting
- Strong control of pronunciation, diction, and emotional range
- Access to a quality recording setup (mic + quiet environment)
- Able to follow scripts accurately while sounding natural
- Reliable availability (10–20 hours per week)
