What You'll Do
- Annotate and label Vietnamese language datasets with high accuracy and consistency
- Review, edit, and validate annotated content to maintain quality standards
- Provide linguistic and cultural insights to improve data interpretation and relevance
- Identify ambiguities, contextual issues, and language-specific challenges within datasets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve annotation and language-related issues
- Maintain documentation for annotation guidelines, workflows, and best practices
- Communicate findings, feedback, and recommendations clearly in written and verbal formats
- Participate in remote discussions and project meetings to support ongoing language initiatives
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Vietnamese
- Strong command of Vietnamese grammar, vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and language usage
- Professional-level English communication skills
- Experience in data annotation, translation, transcription, linguistic QA, or related language-focused work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with annotation tools, collaboration platforms, and digital workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Preferred: Experience supporting AI training, NLP, or language model development projects
- Preferred: Educational background in linguistics, translation, language studies, or related disciplines
- Preferred: Ability to adapt quickly within fast-paced and evolving project environments
