UX/Product Design Expert for AI Evaluation Projects

What You'll Do
- Evaluate product design concepts and user experience solutions
- Create and review product mockups using industry-standard design tools
- Analyze user journeys and identify usability improvements
- Provide structured feedback on design quality, interaction patterns, and user experience
- Assess design alternatives and support preference-based evaluations
- Document findings and recommendations clearly and consistently
- Participate in project assessments and qualification activities as required
- Maintain high-quality output while meeting project timelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design, UX design, or related disciplines
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or comparable design tools
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and product mockups
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience providing UX reviews, usability feedback, or user journey analysis
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and objectively
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Eligibility to work as an independent contractor
- Reliable access to tools and systems required for remote collaboration
- Preferred: Experience at a leading technology organization
- Preferred: Experience contributing to AI-related, research-oriented, or evaluation-focused projects
- Preferred: Familiarity with collaborative productivity and AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms
- Preferred: Experience conducting design reviews across multiple digital products or platforms
