Strategy & Management Consultant – Business Case & Scenario Design (Remote, Contract)

The work involves building business cases, refining strategic frameworks, and evaluating decision pathways across simulated enterprise environments, where precision in reasoning and clarity of insight are critical.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis across industries
- Develop structured business cases, operational frameworks, and strategic models
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into presentations, memos, and decision frameworks
- Design scenario-based problems reflecting real-world consulting and enterprise challenges
- Define metrics, assumptions, and evaluation logic for strategic decision-making tasks
- Support development of go-to-market strategies and opportunity assessments
- Collaborate in refining case structures used for AI training and evaluation systems
Requirements
- 1.5+ years experience in management consulting or equivalent strategy role (MBB or Big 5 preferred)
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear analytical frameworks
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently in unstructured, research-driven environments
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI-related industries preferred but not required
- Ability to commit approximately 10+ hours per week on a flexible schedule
- Must be eligible to work remotely from the United States or Canada
