What You'll Do

  • Design and develop scalable backend and full-stack applications

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects across environments
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural planning discussions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience in backend or full-stack engineering
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, Golang, Java, or Node.js
  • Experience building scalable and maintainable software systems
  • Understanding of full software development lifecycle practices
  • Experience working in agile and remote collaborative environments
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tooling
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred
  • Knowledge of containerization and DevOps practices preferred
  • Previous mentoring or technical leadership exposure preferred
