What You'll Do

Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience in backend or full-stack engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, Golang, Java, or Node.js
- Experience building scalable and maintainable software systems
- Understanding of full software development lifecycle practices
- Experience working in agile and remote collaborative environments
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tooling
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred
- Knowledge of containerization and DevOps practices preferred
- Previous mentoring or technical leadership exposure preferred
