What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Webflow websites from concept through deployment
- Convert Figma designs into responsive, production-ready web pages
- Build and manage CMS collections, reusable components, forms, and custom embeds
- Implement advanced web animations and interactive experiences
- Develop custom functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Integrate analytics and conversion tracking solutions
- Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and user experience
- Execute technical SEO improvements, including metadata and structured data implementation
- Conduct website performance reviews and implement optimization initiatives
- Support conversion rate optimization efforts through testing and analysis
- Create and maintain workflow automations and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver project objectives
Requirements
- Advanced professional experience with Webflow development
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience building responsive websites across desktop and mobile devices
- Demonstrated ability to convert Figma designs into high-quality Webflow implementations
- Expertise in Webflow CMS architecture and component-based development
- Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and best practices
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals
- Experience implementing analytics and event-tracking solutions
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and support data-driven improvements
- Experience creating advanced web animations and interactive user experiences
- Familiarity with GSAP, Three.js, Webflow Interactions, Lottie, Rive, Spline, or similar technologies
- Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
