What You'll Do
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Review and evaluate AI-generated guidance related to editing workflows and non-linear editing (NLE) processes
- Assess the accuracy of AI outputs across advanced Lightworks features such as multi-cam editing, console-based workflows, and bin organization
- Validate export workflows, delivery formats, and interoperability with industry-standard tools and formats (e.g., EDL/XML pipelines)
- Analyze how AI interprets user interface behaviors, layout systems, and editing logic
- Test and troubleshoot AI-assisted workflows in real-world post-production scenarios
- Provide expert feedback on color grading, VFX routing, and cinematic editing techniques
- Document findings clearly to support continuous improvement and system accuracy
Requirements
- Strong professional experience using Lightworks in high-performance editing environments
- Deep understanding of video production, editing workflows, and post-production pipelines
- Expertise in media management, including proxy workflows and asset organization
- Hands-on experience with visual effects workflows and color grading techniques
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex editing or system-related issues
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision
- Background in film editing, video production, or post-production
