What You'll Do
- Reformat draft presentations into polished, presentation-ready decks
- Apply consistent visual design standards across layouts, typography, spacing, and color systems
- Convert dense text into simplified visual communication formats
- Transform tables, bullet-heavy slides, and unstructured content into clear visual layouts
- Maintain slide consistency using templates, Slide Master configurations, and standardized formatting
- Create executive-style presentation flows optimized for readability and clarity
- Ensure presentations meet high standards for alignment, spacing, and visual balance
- Support rapid revisions and iterative formatting updates based on project feedback
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong portfolio demonstrating before-and-after presentation transformations
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to create clean, professional, business-oriented slide designs
- Experience working with presentation templates, Slide Master, and formatting systems
- Strong attention to detail and pixel-level design precision
- Ability to simplify complex or text-heavy information visually
- Comfort working independently within remote project environments
- Availability for flexible contract-based assignments
- Background in presentation design, consulting, agency creative work, or business communications preferred
