Senior Management Consulting Expert – AI Assessment

A leading artificial intelligence initiative is seeking experienced management consulting professionals to contribute to the evaluation of AI-generated consulting work. This opportunity focuses on defining quality standards and assessing consulting outputs across a range of business scenarios.
This role is well suited to consultants with significant strategy consulting experience who demonstrate strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and excellent written communication. Success requires consistent judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to evaluate complex business deliverables objectively.
The work involves developing assessment criteria, reviewing consulting deliverables, and providing evidence-based evaluations with detailed written justifications. Accuracy, consistency, and the ability to apply structured evaluation frameworks are critical to success.
What You'll Do
- Develop task-specific evaluation criteria for consulting deliverables.
- Assess market analyses, business strategies, financial models, executive presentations, and implementation plans.
- Produce detailed written justifications supporting evaluation scores.
- Apply consistent, evidence-based judgement across multiple assessments.
- Review AI-generated and human-produced consulting work using established quality standards.
- Incorporate reviewer feedback and refine evaluation approaches.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and documentation throughout the assessment process.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional management consulting experience.
- Experience with a leading strategy or management consulting firm or an equivalent consulting environment.
- Strong expertise in structured problem solving and business-case development.
- Proficiency in market sizing, financial modelling, and strategic analysis.
- Excellent executive-level written communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate consulting deliverables objectively and consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to participate in calibration and quality review processes.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Availability to work as an independent contractor on a flexible schedule.
- Preferred: Experience with AI evaluation, AI training, human data projects, or large language model assessment.
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI productivity tools and platforms, including ChatGPT or similar generative AI systems.
