What You'll Do
- Develop task-specific grading criteria for consulting deliverables and business analyses
- Evaluate strategy recommendations, market analyses, financial models, presentation materials, and implementation plans
- Assign scores using structured evaluation frameworks
- Produce detailed written justifications supporting assessment outcomes
- Apply consistent judgment to ensure reliable and reproducible evaluations
- Review AI-generated and human-produced work samples against established standards
- Incorporate reviewer feedback and refine evaluation approaches
- Maintain high accuracy and quality across large volumes of assessments
- Contribute to calibration exercises to improve scoring consistency
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional management consulting experience
- Experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, corporate strategy, or related advisory functions
- Strong expertise in structured problem solving and business-case development
- Advanced knowledge of market sizing, market analysis, and competitive assessment
- Proficiency in financial modeling and business evaluation techniques
- Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills
- Ability to provide detailed, evidence-based assessments and feedback
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable receiving feedback and aligning evaluations with review standards
- Availability to participate in project-based contract engagements
- Prior experience with AI evaluation, AI training, human-data projects, or quality assessment processes preferred
- Experience with executive presentations and slide-based business communication preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, including ChatGPT or similar systems, preferred
- Eligibility to work as an independent contractor required
- Ability to receive payments through supported international payment platforms preferred
