What You'll Do
- Review, edit, and format Word and PDF documents according to established standards
- Manage tracked changes, comments, revisions, and document version control processes
- Create, maintain, and optimize document templates and reusable workflows
- Develop and manage dynamic forms for professional and operational use cases
- Extract, validate, and consolidate information from Word and PDF documents
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across large document collections
- Support legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance-related documentation requirements
- Implement secure document handling procedures and confidentiality controls
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver document-based solutions
- Provide guidance and training on advanced Word and PDF functionality
- Maintain organized document repositories and workflow processes
- Support AI training initiatives through high-quality document analysis and preparation
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience working extensively with Microsoft Word and PDF tools
- Advanced proficiency in document formatting, styling, templates, and layout management
- Strong experience managing tracked changes, document reviews, comments, and revision workflows
- Expertise in version control and document lifecycle management
- Experience creating, editing, and maintaining Word and PDF forms
- Ability to perform accurate data extraction and document consolidation tasks
- Strong understanding of document compliance, governance, and quality standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities
- Master’s degree, PhD, JD, or equivalent advanced qualification in a relevant discipline
- Experience supporting large organizations, regulated industries, or complex operational environments
- Proficiency with advanced PDF functionality, including form fields, digital signatures, and secure document controls preferred
- Background in legal, healthcare, academic, government, finance, real estate, or consulting operations preferred
- Experience training users on document management best practices preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating delivery of complex document projects preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted document workflows and productivity tools preferred
