Senior Design Expert – AI Design Research
About the Role
A structured AI design research initiative is seeking experienced designers to contribute expert perspectives on design quality, creative decision-making, critique, and shipping standards. The work is conducted through structured remote research sessions focused on understanding expert design practice.
This opportunity is ideal for senior-level professionals across product design, UX, brand, and adjacent design disciplines who have a well-developed perspective on design craft and can clearly explain how they evaluate and refine work. A shareable portfolio is expected.
The work involves participating in or facilitating recorded remote interviews, preparing for research sessions, discussing design decisions and quality standards, and completing brief post-session reviews. Strong communication, availability for approximately 4–5 hours per session, and the ability to share non-confidential work are critical.
