Robotics Data Evaluation Specialist

The work involves performing guided task-based interactions, observing system behavior, and producing structured feedback that contributes to the refinement of robotics evaluation pipelines. Accuracy, consistency, and disciplined documentation are critical to success in this role.
What You'll Do
- Execute structured, instruction-based physical interaction tasks for robotics evaluation workflows
- Observe and assess system responses during human-robot interaction scenarios
- Document outcomes, anomalies, and edge cases in a clear and structured format
- Provide written feedback on system performance accuracy and behavioral consistency
- Follow detailed evaluation protocols with high precision and repeatability
- Collaborate asynchronously with technical teams to improve evaluation methodologies
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and confidentiality throughout all tasks
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect subtle differences in outcomes
- Clear written communication skills in English (preferred native or near-native fluency)
- Ability to follow complex, multi-step instructions precisely without deviation
- Comfort performing simple physical or camera-based tasks in a structured setting
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate environment for remote video-based work
- Proficiency in documenting observations in a structured and consistent format
- Preferred: Experience in robotics, automation testing, HCI, or related technical fields
