Remote Data Scientist – Predictive Analytics

What You'll Do
- Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured datasets for analysis
- Develop and validate statistical and predictive models using modern analytical techniques
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports for technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end data initiatives
- Improve automation and analytical workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
- Maintain high standards for data integrity, accuracy, and documentation
- Present analytical findings and recommendations with clear business context
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and analytical methodologies
- Experience handling, cleaning, and transforming large-scale datasets
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and modeling
- Experience building and validating predictive or statistical models
- Ability to create data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to work independently in a remote project environment
- Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
- Preferred: Experience deploying machine learning solutions into production environments
