Pediatric Clinical AI Evaluation Nurse (Remote Contract)

A healthcare-focused AI evaluation initiative is seeking experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses to support the review, validation, and improvement of AI systems used in clinical environments. What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical responses related to pediatric care
- Validate medical accuracy, safety, and guideline adherence across pediatric scenarios
- Annotate and structure pediatric patient cases for AI training workflows
- Provide expert feedback on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and care recommendations
- Identify inconsistencies, risks, or gaps within AI-generated outputs
- Apply evidence-based pediatric standards during content evaluation
- Collaborate with technical and evaluation teams to improve model performance
- Support the development of high-quality clinical benchmarks and datasets
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across assigned review tasks
Requirements
- Active U.S. Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5+ years of pediatric nursing experience in hospital, clinic, PICU, NICU, or related settings
- Strong understanding of pediatric care standards, workflows, and clinical protocols
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote contract environment
- Comfort reviewing structured clinical content and evaluation guidelines
- Ability to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
- Preferred: Familiarity with evidence-based pediatric guidelines including AAP and CDC standards
- Preferred: Exposure to healthcare technology, clinical informatics, or AI-assisted systems
- Preferred: Experience mentoring, reviewing, or training clinical staff
- Preferred: Experience contributing to quality assurance or clinical review processes
