About the Role
We are inviting licensed Physicians and medical specialists to join a Physician Expert Network supporting advanced AI systems used in healthcare and medical research. This is an open application for future contract opportunities where physicians contribute their real-world clinical expertise to help train, evaluate, and improve next-generation medical AI models. Once your credentials are verified and your profile is approved, you may be matched with relevant projects based on your specialty, experience, and availability. These projects typically involve reviewing clinical scenarios, evaluating medical reasoning, and helping ensure that AI systems reflect real-world medical knowledge and decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate clinical scenarios used to train and test AI healthcare systems
- Provide domain-specific feedback on medical reasoning, diagnosis, and treatment workflows
- Contribute expertise based on real-world patient care and clinical practice
- Help design or review tasks based on realistic healthcare situations
- Identify gaps or errors in AI-generated medical explanations
- Collaborate with research teams to improve clinical accuracy in AI models
- Communicate complex medical concepts clearly in structured written feedback
Requirements
- Professional experience as a licensed physician with clinical diagnosis and treatment responsibilities
- Strong understanding of patient care management and clinical workflows
- Experience with medical documentation, compliance standards, and healthcare practices
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex clinical information and provide structured feedback
- Comfort working independently in a fully remote environment
- Interest in contributing medical expertise to emerging healthcare AI technologies
