The work involves designing, reviewing, and evaluating consulting scenarios, including hypothesis-driven problem solving, market and business analysis, executive presentations, and strategic decision-making frameworks. Success requires strong analytical judgment, clear communication, and a deep understanding of how consulting engagements are executed in professional environments.
What You'll Do
- Create realistic consulting engagement scenarios and business cases
- Develop structured problem-solving frameworks and hypotheses
- Review and evaluate strategic recommendations and business analyses
- Assess market assessments, commercial due diligence, and transformation initiatives
- Analyze business challenges and identify strategic response options
- Evaluate executive-level presentations and communication materials
- Review consulting outputs for clarity, rigor, and logical consistency
- Simulate consulting workflows across multiple engagement stages
- Assess stakeholder communication and recommendation quality
- Produce detailed written evaluations and supporting rationale
- Apply consulting best practices and structured thinking methodologies
- Contribute expertise to AI training and evaluation initiatives
Requirements
- Based in the United Kingdom with legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom
- Professional experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, or business advisory services
- Experience at Consultant, Senior Consultant, Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Principal, Partner, or equivalent level
- Strong expertise in structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analysis
- Experience developing strategic recommendations for business or organizational challenges
- Knowledge of consulting engagement delivery models and team structures
- Experience with strategy, transformation, growth, operational improvement, or due diligence projects
- Strong analytical and business judgment skills
- Ability to assess complex business situations and communicate conclusions clearly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing executive presentations and client-facing materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently within a remote contract environment
- Availability to contribute up to 40 hours per week preferred
- Experience with market analysis, competitive assessment, and business-case development preferred
- Experience leading consulting workstreams or managing project teams preferred
- Familiarity with executive stakeholder engagement and strategic decision-making processes preferred
- Prior involvement in AI training, evaluation, research, or data-quality projects preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar technologies preferred
- Experience with consulting methodology development or quality review processes preferred
- Ability to receive payments through supported international payment platforms preferred
