This opportunity is ideal for experienced IT or Systems Managers with 5+ years of experience leading technical teams, managing enterprise infrastructure, or shaping technology strategy. No prior AI experience is required; practical domain expertise is the primary qualification.
The work involves structured reviews, written assignments, and expert assessments of IT scenarios, solutions, documentation, and processes. Clear technical judgment and the ability to evaluate complex situations from an end-to-end IT management perspective are critical.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert input on IT strategy, systems architecture, and infrastructure optimization scenarios
- Evaluate vendor management, procurement, and third-party integration processes
- Assess security compliance, risk mitigation practices, and regulatory considerations
- Review proposed IT solutions and identify architecture, implementation, or operational gaps
- Share best practices for technical team leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer
- Evaluate documentation, workflows, and process designs for clarity and operational feasibility
- Participate in structured discussions and written assignments supporting AI system development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Manager, Systems Manager, or comparable technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in IT strategy, systems architecture, and technology roadmapping
- Experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure or complex technology environments
- Practical experience with vendor management, contract evaluation, and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR
- Strong understanding of IT risk management and security governance
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in written and verbal formats
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing technical professionals
- Ability to critically evaluate technical documentation, workflows, processes, and proposed solutions
- Comfort working in a structured remote environment involving written analysis and expert feedback
- Preferred: Experience contributing to technology transformation, AI-related initiatives, or enterprise technology advisory work
- Preferred: Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT or other AI-assisted productivity systems
