About the Role

A high-complexity financial research and modeling initiative focused on strengthening advanced AI systems’ ability to interpret and execute investment banking–level analytical work. The role centers on structuring real-world deal environments, valuation scenarios, and corporate finance decision frameworks.

This opportunity is best suited for professionals with experience in investment banking or closely related advisory roles who are confident operating in fast-paced, high-precision analytical environments. Strong financial reasoning, attention to detail, and structured communication are essential.

The work involves building and evaluating financial models, investment memos, and transaction scenarios where accuracy, logical rigor, and clarity of assumptions are critical.

What You'll Do

  • Develop financial models for valuation, forecasting, and transaction scenarios
  • Create investment memos, pitch materials, and analytical summaries
  • Conduct company, sector, and market-level financial analysis
  • Design structured case scenarios reflecting real-world deal processes
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights
  • Define assumptions, metrics, and evaluation logic for modeling tasks
  • Support development of structured frameworks for investment analysis

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in investment banking or closely related finance roles
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
  • Experience preparing pitch decks, investment memos, or deal documentation
  • Ability to analyze company and industry financial performance
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with standard finance tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in professional contexts
  • Comfort working independently in structured yet evolving problem environments
  • Availability for approximately 10+ hours per week on a flexible schedule
  • Eligibility to work remotely across the listed regions
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Exposure to M&A, leveraged finance, or equity research workflows
  • Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or high-growth sector analysis
  • Experience building presentation materials for senior stakeholders
