What You'll Do
- Develop realistic investment banking and M&A case studies and prompts
- Create high-quality reference analyses for corporate finance scenarios
- Evaluate AI-generated responses related to transactions and valuation
- Assess financial models, valuation methodologies, and transaction assumptions
- Review company analyses, industry assessments, and market research outputs
- Analyze due diligence findings and transaction-related materials
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance and reasoning quality
- Apply expertise in deal execution processes and strategic transaction analysis
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across assigned project deliverables
Requirements
- Professional experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate finance
- Strong background in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Experience supporting or executing M&A transactions
- Ability to analyze financial statements and corporate performance metrics
- Understanding of transaction processes, due diligence, and deal structures
- Experience preparing or reviewing pitch materials, transaction presentations, or investment committee documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial judgment
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Availability for up to 40 hours per week
- Must be based in the United Kingdom with legal authorization to work in the UK
- Experience with strategic buyer, sponsor-backed, or public company transactions preferred
- Background within a leading global investment bank or established advisory platform preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows, research projects, or structured evaluation methodologies preferred
- Experience using advanced financial analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software preferred
