What You'll Do
- Interpret component style guides and interface screenshots to create accurate UI implementations
- Develop pixel-perfect, responsive web components using TypeScript and CSS3
- Maintain consistency with established design systems and visual standards
- Ensure accessibility and usability requirements are incorporated into frontend solutions
- Document implementation decisions and communicate progress clearly in remote collaboration environments
- Identify and resolve design inconsistencies, ambiguities, and implementation challenges
- Optimize frontend performance for speed, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility
- Collaborate with distributed stakeholders through written feedback and technical documentation
- Contribute frontend domain expertise to support AI-related development and evaluation initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript
- Advanced knowledge of CSS3 and modern styling techniques
- Experience implementing responsive web design across multiple device types
- Demonstrated ability to build pixel-perfect interfaces from design references and screenshots
- Experience working with component style guides and design systems
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization principles
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in remote environments
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual accuracy
- Experience collaborating asynchronously within distributed teams
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows and modern productivity tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms
