Frontend Engineer – AI Coding Systems Evaluation

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated frontend code for correctness and technical quality
- Review implementations for maintainability, scalability, and performance
- Assess accessibility compliance and user interface quality
- Identify bugs, edge cases, regressions, and implementation risks
- Compare outputs from multiple AI coding systems and document findings
- Apply frontend engineering best practices to technical evaluations
- Analyze component architecture, state management, and application structure
- Provide structured feedback to support model improvement efforts
- Complete project-based assessment tasks within defined timelines
- Use AI coding agents to execute and validate engineering workflows
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional frontend engineering experience
- Experience building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies
- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and component-based development
- Ability to evaluate code quality, maintainability, and performance trade-offs
- Experience identifying bugs, edge cases, and implementation weaknesses
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with frontend testing, debugging, and optimization techniques
- Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Experience using AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Gemini CLI, or similar tools
- Comfort reviewing and comparing outputs from multiple AI systems
- Experience working on large-scale consumer-facing or enterprise applications preferred
- Exposure to AI-assisted software development workflows preferred
- Experience conducting code reviews or technical quality assessments preferred
