What You'll Do
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Record, organize, and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain structured financial tracking systems in Google Sheets
- Support budgeting and financial compliance activities across operational teams
- Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation requests
- Monitor financial discrepancies and resolve reporting inconsistencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote work environment
- Support ad hoc accounting and finance-related operational projects
- Remain available for extended or weekend work periods when operational demands require it
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance operations, or related roles
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks for daily financial management tasks
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets, including formulas and data organization
- Hands-on experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be based in the United States
- Ability to support extended or weekend work schedules when required
- Experience with payroll processing preferred
- Familiarity with audit support and financial compliance processes preferred
- Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams preferred
