About the Role
We are inviting experienced Finance Associates specializing in Accounts Payable (AP) to support financial operations within a rapidly growing technology environment. In this role, you will manage accounts payable workflows, process payroll for US employees and contractors, and maintain accurate financial records using modern financial tools. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing high-volume financial operations with strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions with high accuracy
- Manage vendor invoices and employee expenses while maintaining organized financial records
- Process U.S. payroll and contractor payments using payroll platforms such as Deel
- Utilize QuickBooks to record, track, and report financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to payment inquiries
- Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and company policies
- Support monthly and year-end financial close processes
- Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll operations in a professional finance environment
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting
- Experience processing U.S. payroll and contractor payments
- Familiarity with expense and vendor management platforms such as Brex
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple financial workflows in a fast-paced remote environment
- High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to financial accuracy
- Must be currently located in the United States
