Equity Analyst – AI Data & Research Evaluation
About the Role
We are inviting experienced Equity Research professionals to participate in a research initiative in collaboration with a leading AI lab. This project focuses on leveraging real-world financial analysis expertise to improve how advanced AI systems interpret and reason over public company data.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience working in equity research and are comfortable analyzing company disclosures, financial statements, and publicly available filings.
Role Details
• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
• Engagement duration: at least 4 weeks, starting mid-February
• Fully remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule
• High-performing contributors may be considered for future projects
Contract & Payment Terms
• Independent contractor engagement
• Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on completed work
• Project duration may be extended or adjusted based on performance and project needs
• Work does not involve access to confidential or proprietary employer data
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in equity research at a recognized firm
- Strong experience analyzing and extracting insights from SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality analytical outputs
