What You'll Do
- Analyze and improve enterprise system architecture to support evolving operational requirements
- Support ERP system workflows across platforms such as GSAP, Oracle, and Dynamics
- Develop and maintain structured technical documentation aligned with data privacy standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather system requirements and optimize workflows
- Lead systems integration efforts to ensure reliable interoperability and data flow
- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
- Identify technical issues and implement effective resolution strategies
- Support process improvement initiatives across enterprise operations
- Manage stakeholder communication and maintain alignment on technical deliverables
- Contribute to AI-related operational and infrastructure support activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis, business systems, or enterprise technology environments
- Strong experience with ERP platforms including GSAP, Oracle, or Dynamics
- Hands-on experience using SQL Developer or equivalent database analysis tools
- Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and process records
- Understanding of systems integration methodologies and workflow optimization practices
- Experience conducting testing and UAT activities in enterprise environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in remote collaboration settings
- Excellent attention to detail and structured analytical thinking
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and technical priorities simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance-focused operational standards
- Experience supporting AI or machine learning initiatives is preferred
- Previous experience in high-growth or rapidly evolving technical environments is preferred
