A structured AI data initiative is seeking established organizations with mature operational environments to participate in an enterprise data partnership. The program focuses on responsibly using real-world business documentation and operational workflows to support the training and evaluation of AI systems.

This opportunity is best suited for organizations with established business processes, documented operating procedures, and teams that consistently execute repeatable workflows using modern business software. Companies with strong operational discipline and well-maintained internal knowledge assets are likely to be the strongest fit.

The work involves securely providing eligible enterprise documentation and workflow data for controlled processing under contractual protections. Data handling emphasizes privacy, confidential information removal, secure processing, and retention of organizational ownership, while compensation is determined by the quality and value of the operational knowledge contributed.

What You'll Do

  • Provide eligible enterprise documentation for secure review and processing.
  • Share standard operating procedures, playbooks, and knowledge base materials where appropriate.
  • Supply business process documentation and workflow artifacts that reflect repeatable operational practices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate secure data transfer.
  • Ensure submitted materials comply with organizational approval and governance requirements.
  • Support clarification of documentation when additional operational context is required.
  • Participate in agreed data validation and quality assurance activities.

Requirements

  • Organization employs approximately 30–200 people.
  • Demonstrated operational maturity with documented business processes.
  • Well-defined workflows executed consistently across teams.
  • Active use of modern business software and operational platforms.
  • Availability of internal documentation such as SOPs, playbooks, templates, or knowledge bases.
  • Ability to share approved business process artifacts under contractual agreements.
  • Commitment to data governance, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Experience maintaining CRM, workflow, project management, or operational systems is beneficial.
  • Organizations in technology, business process outsourcing, recruiting, financial services, consulting, professional services, legal, compliance, healthcare administration, logistics, or similar operational sectors are preferred.
  • High-quality, well-organized documentation and specialized domain expertise are preferred.
