A structured AI development initiative is seeking partnerships with organizations that maintain mature operational processes, documented workflows, and substantial internal knowledge assets. The program focuses on improving AI system training and evaluation using realistic enterprise operating environments.

What You'll Do
- Provide access to relevant operational documentation and process materials for evaluation
- Share documented workflows, SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge resources where appropriate
- Support assessment of workflow complexity, process maturity, and documentation quality
- Facilitate review of business process artifacts and operational frameworks
- Coordinate data transfer activities in accordance with security and contractual requirements
- Assist with clarification of workflow structures and operational practices when needed
- Maintain compliance with agreed data handling and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Organization size between 30 and 200 employees
- Demonstrated operational maturity and documented business processes
- Well-defined workflows executed consistently across teams
- Active use of modern software platforms and operational systems
- Availability of internal documentation, knowledge bases, or process repositories
- Ability to participate in secure data-sharing and review procedures
- Strong documentation quality and organizational knowledge management practices
- Experience within technology, business process outsourcing, recruiting, financial services, consulting, professional services, legal, compliance, healthcare administration, logistics, or operations environments preferred
- Availability of workflow metadata, project management artifacts, templates, process documentation, CRM data structures, or task execution histories preferred
- Compensation considerations may include dataset volume, workflow complexity, uniqueness of operational knowledge, data quality, and depth of domain expertise represented.
